Wijnmaker Massimo di Lenardo staat bekend om zijn perfect uitgebalanceerde witte wijnen met een indrukwekkende smaaklengte en aromatische intensiteit. Een goed voorbeeld hiervan is deze TOH!, een speelse verwijzing naar de oude benaming Tocai Friulano. Sinds 2007 mag de naam Tokai alleen nog gebruikt worden voor Hongaarse wijnen, waarna de Italiaanse wijnmakers in Friuli hun druif omdoopten tot Friulano.

Massimo heeft meerdere keren de Oscar voor beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding gewonnen voor zijn wijnen van de Friulano-druif (uitgereikt door Almanacco di Bene Bere). Dankzij enkele weken rijping op de gistcellen krijgt de wijn extra diepgang en complexiteit, wat hem bijzonder geschikt maakt voor een breed scala aan gerechten.

Proefnotitie

Elegante, droge witte wijn met een fruitig aroma, een frisse, licht tintelende smaak en een ronde, aromatische afdronk.

Drinken bij

Uitstekende keuze bij warme visgerechten, maar ook heerlijk bij frisse salades met vlees en hors-d'oeuvres.

Houdbaarheid

Vanaf de oogst op dronk en indien gewenst te bewaren tot twee à drie jaar na de oogst.
