Very fresh and citric with some melon and guava complexity, this is a very refreshing expression of the Pfalz in the 2024 vintage. Real lime zest intensity in the super-fresh finish.

Another remarkable Buhl Riesling, reminiscent of the complex, spicy-fine style of the 17s, often decorated with caramel notes: marble cake, pickled peaches, candied fruit in the aroma.

Deze Riesling komt van de Grosse Lage (oftewel grand cru) Kieselberg en is van absolute topkwaliteit. Daar is ook de behandeling in de wijngaard en de kelder naar: selectieve oogst met de hand, een lage opbrengst (30 hl/ha) en lange rijping op de droesem. De smaakintensiteit en lengte in de afdronk zijn overweldigend met mineraalcomplexe nuances. De jaarlijkse productie is zeer beperkt (6.000 flessen).

Proefnotitie

Volgeel van kleur en krachtig en aromatisch van geur, met rijpe fruittonen van mango en ananas en florale nuances. De smaak is vol en fris en eindigt met een aanhoudend aroma en ronde afdronk.

Drinken bij

Fraaie en complexe droge witte wijn. Heerlijk bij vis, zowel uit de oven als gebakken.

Houdbaarheid

Op dronk vanaf drie jaar en gemakkelijk tot tien jaar houdbaar.
