Reductief, wit fruit, zuiver, sappig, goede zuren, mooie afdronk

Pinot blanc, pinot bianco en weissburgunder. Van oorsprong hetzelfde druivenras dat respectievelijk in Frankrijk, Italië en Duitsland is aangeplant. Toch zijn de verschillen groot. De druivenstok past zich namelijk aan de klimatologische omstandigheden van de wijnstreek en specifieke grondsoort aan. De weissburgunder van Reichsrat von Buhl in de Duitse Rheinpfalz staat op voornamelijk kalkhoudende grond. Gecombineerd met het relatief koele klimaat is het resultaat een verfijnde droge en frisse wijn. Breed inzetbaar, van aperitief tot maaltijdbegeleider. Inmiddels behoort Duitsland en met name de Rheinpfalz tot de toonaangevende landen voor verfijnde, droge witte wijnen.

Proefnotitie

Fraaie florale en fruitige tonen met nuances van limoen en geel fruit. De pittige en frisdroge smaak blijft lang aanhouden, met een geurige afdronk.

Drinken bij

Heerlijk bij zoetwatervis als forel, maar ook prima bij frisse (koude) schotels met schaal- en schelpdieren.

Houdbaarheid

Op dronk vanaf één jaar. Goed houdbaar door de friszure smaakstructuur: tot zes jaar na de oogst.
