Bodegas Raúl Pérez

Raúl Pérez is wat je noemt een markant wijnmaker. Hoewel hij klassiek geschoold is (oenologie in Requena), is zijn werkwijze dat allesbehalve. Liever dan de gebaande paden volgt Raúl de natuur. Hij máákt geen wijn, maar laat de wijn zichzelf tot uitdrukking brengen door de bodemtypes, microklimaten en rijpingstijden van de druiven te observeren en het druivenmateriaal zo min mogelijk te beïnvloeden.

Schitterende, droge witte wijn met een unieke, zilte signatuur en een complexe geur van amandelbloesem, kamille, limoen, grapefruit en toast. De smaak is vol en sappig met puur citrusfruit en een verfrissende afdronk met rokerig eiken, limoenschil en zilte accenten.
